Aren't Mac and Izzy cute?  I photographed these adorable kids in their neighborhood this evening.  Let me tell you, these kids are bundles of energy!  The highlight of the photo session had to be when Izzy leaned up against the fence and asked in a low, slow voice, "Like...my...boots?"  The way she said it made me laugh so hard that I fell over!

  

 

Holy smokes, Kizzy has the most gorgeous afro I have ever seen!  Kizzy is beautiful inside and out -- she works for a bloodmobile that travels around Indianapolis.  We had a great time this morning in downtown Indy.  She brought her husband and dad to the photo session and when Kizzy cranked up the volume of the Pearl Jam CD playing in my SUV, her husband and dad started singing along!  What fun!  Thanks for sharing your morning with me!!!

  

Meet the Shaw family.  We had an adventure at Holcomb Gardens this morning.  Little sister Sydney just adores her big brother Jackson and wants to do everything he does -- whether it's running freely, checking out the ducks, smelling flowers, or climbing trees.  She loved when her mom blew bubbles for her!  What a free spirit!  Jackson is such a fun kid.  Look how cute he is peeking out from behind the tree!  

 

 

Isn't Andrea stunning?  What a perfect day for a photo session downtown.  I LOVE the train tracks and her long strand of pearls!

 

Hailey is an adorable 4 year old!  Check out the vintage tricycle from Canada!  We had a blast at our photo session Sunday morning as she rode around downtown Indianapolis.

 

 

Kristee and Ryan were married on September 15, 2007 at The Kendall Inn in Indianapolis.  This wedding was all about the details -- and lots of the details were hand crafted by the bride and groom themselves!  The awesome tags adorning the candy jars are the same tags that sealed their wedding invitations.  Every pink, green, and chocolate brown detail was simply amazing.  The bride and groom set up a candy table for their favors where guests could fill pink and green boxes with pink and green candy -- light pink rock candy, green gummy frogs, hot pink gum balls, Lindor truffles, pink jelly belly jelly beans, and more!  Kristee was a gem the whole day, and we couldn't have asked for better weather!  What an awesome couple.  You guys rock -- enjoy your honeymoon at the beach!!!

 

 

Abby is an awesome kid!  I met her at Brent & Melissa's wedding in July, where she was the flower girl.  I photographed her today in downtown Indianapolis.  Look at her adorable new Matilda Jane attire!  For those of you who don't know, each piece of Matilda Jane clothing is hand crafted in Fort Wayne, Indiana and is sold at art fairs or through 'trunk keepers'.  It's amazing stuff.  But back to Abby!  This 5 year old is a bundle of energy and she was really working the camera.  Check out her saucy shot -- the fourth one in this sequence.  Adorable!

Doesn't Kristin have the most incredible smile?  She was a blast to work with!  She was cracking me up throughout our whole photo session.  We went to some of my favorite industrial downtown locations -- and then just happened upon a fantastic rusty wooden barrel.  Isn't she awesome?  

 

 

Gabbie and Brett were married Saturday evening at Grace Church on the west side of Indianapolis.  Their wedding was gorgeous, with beautiful shades of warm chocolate brown and peachy coral.  The attendants carried delicate peach colored tulips.  The guys were clowns almost the entire day!  They were on their phones spouting off sports statistics and scores from the games that day.  Purdue Pete even made a guest appearance at the reception -- a gift from the lovely bride to her sports fanatic husband!  What fun it was to see Purdue Pete breaking it down on the dance floor with the guests!  (Oh, and the Cubs won on Saturday.  Go Cubs!)
